Yes, we offer customization services. Please provide detailed requirements (drawings, samples, or technical parameters). A mold fee will be charged for customized orders, which is refundable once the agreed reorder quantity is reached. The lead time for customized orders will be extended by 30 days compared to regular orders.

Regular cooperation terms: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% paid before shipment. For L/C cooperation: terms shall be executed in accordance with the L/C agreement. More flexible payment ratios can be negotiated for long-term cooperative customers.

We will reinforce the packaging before shipment. In case of damage during transportation, please provide photos of the damaged goods + logistics waybill within 7 days after signing for the goods. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider and negotiate a solution for replacement or refund.

Step 1: Contact our after-sales specialist and provide product model + fault description + photos/videos. Step 2: The specialist will determine the cause of the fault. For issues covered by the warranty, free spare parts or repair services will be provided. Step 3: If the product needs to be returned for repair, we will bear the shipping cost of the returned goods.
